Which European banks are supported in Quicken?

I would like to know which banks have agreement with Quicken to connect and extract transactional data

None.  Quicken is a US/Canadian only product.

The exception being Euro banks that have a physical presence in the US. Barclays bank comes to mind and is supported (at least for credit cards).

Natwest does not appear to be supported. BBVA does show in the supported banks IF the one you are interested in matches by name exactly:

BBVA Compass was the name of Compass Bank after it was purchased by BBVA a few years ago.  It has since been renamed as BBVA USA and it is a totally separate subsidiary of BBVA.

IF BBVA USA would give access to accounts with BBVA (Spain)...which I highly doubt...it will not be that way for much longer.  BBVA USA was recently bought by PNC and BBVA USA will be fully merged into PNC by this coming October.

I would like to point out that even if a financial institution just happens to be "registered" with Quicken because of it also being a US/Canadian financial institution, the result might not be what you expect.

Quicken Windows US only downloads transactions from accounts with the currency of USD.  Quicken Windows Canadian is more forgiving and will allow downloading of different currencies, but even there it might not be right.

So say BBVA exposes your UK pound accounts.  Quicken Windows US will only import it if both the account it is going to importing into is USD and if the financial institution codes the transactions being downloaded as USD.

With Quicken Windows Canadian it is "possible", to have a UK pound account in Quicken and the downloaded transactions coded as UK pound, but it is just as possible that the transactions might be coded as being USD and then mess up because they are the wrong currency.  Also Quicken Windows Canadian downloading is only using Express Web Connect, not Direct Connect.

And just to be very clear.  Just because this may work for a certain circumstance, that doesn't mean it is supported.  If it works for awhile and then stops, and you contact Quicken Support if they find out that you aren't in the US/Canadian they will probably just stop and tell you it isn't supported.
