to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Quicken. Could we get some more information about the issue. What version of Quicken are you running? You can check by going across the top of Quicken to help > about Quicken. From there we can see what version we're running. Are you able to load into the files at all as well?

FWIW, didn't Quicken at some point ship upgrade CD;'s that did require an activation code?
Do we know for sure the OP has a retail CD?
