Cannot download banking transactions from RBC

After many hours with technical support, I am still not able to download. RBC says Quickenhas not updated their security and Quicken says it is the fault of RBC. Anyone else having problems?

First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

Also, are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when attempting to connect with RBC that you could provide us with here, please?
