I have a new laptop. How do I transfer quicken to it. I backed up my account info.

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Support. To begin the transfer process you would need to install Quicken on your new device. For further instructions on installing Quicken click here.

Once the software is installed you can start a new file from scratch or you can restore an existing data file. For further instructions on that click here.

You can't "transfer Quicken".  You need to install it on the new laptop and then use a backup, created on the old computer, to RESTORE to the new laptop.
