Why are my transactions suddenly saying they are uncleared and they are clears

I know my transactions have cleared but it is still showing up in Quicken as uncleared

    Thank you for the response. Updates normally take a few minutes. If it is taking 45 minutes, that would be considered out of normal range. I would recommend validating your file, deactivating and relinking your account(s). Make sure you save a backup before attempting these troubleshooting steps. 

    To validate your dataset select File >File Operations >Validate and Repair. A visual example is below.

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need a bit more information. For instance, what version of Quicken are you using? Are you getting any error/message codes? if so what are they? In addition, it would be beneficial to have a screenshot of the issue so that we can move forward with diagnosing.

    So that account hasn't been downloaded since May 1, 2021.
    Are you sure it has been selected for One Step Update?
    (Tools -> One Step Update -> Settings)

    Or maybe it has failed to update because some error?
    (Tools -> One Step Update Summary)

    How long does an update take? Mine is still running and it has been 45 minutes
