Why are my transactions suddenly saying they are uncleared and they are clears

I know my transactions have cleared but it is still showing up in Quicken as uncleared

Hello @Reta Shaver,
Thank you for the response. Updates normally take a few minutes. If it is taking 45 minutes, that would be considered out of normal range. I would recommend validating your file, deactivating and relinking your account(s). Make sure you save a backup before attempting these troubleshooting steps.
To validate your dataset select File >File Operations >Validate and Repair. A visual example is below.

Are you sure it has been selected for One Step Update?
(Tools -> One Step Update -> Settings)
Or maybe it has failed to update because some error?
