Should I or should I not delete Quicken 2017

I recently installed a powerful 3rd party uninstaller. It tells me that I have 2 versions of Quicken on my PC. To me, the newer version, named Quicken, is the recent "subscription" based version and the version named Quicken 2017 is the last freestanding version I purchased, showing the last date it was updated. In an effort to have a few programs installed on my PC as possible, is there any reason to retain Quicken 2017 on my PC.

The powerful 3rd party uninstaller may be mistaken.  When we install Quicken, the installation program is supposed to remove the previously installed product.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken

yeah - the actual program only exists in one place and with one name - C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\QW.EXE
There are some remments from previous versions left over in a some data sub-dirs where a couple of old files get placed and unzipped - that list all the current financial institutions....

It is entirely possible that the uninstall of Quicken 2017 left information in the Windows registry that makes the "powerful 3rd uninstaller" believe that they are both installed when in fact just some stray Windows registry entries are there.
