    First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently have running?

    Also, are you trying to download and add a new account, or trying to download transactions for an existing account already set up in Quicken? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you could provide us with here, please?
