Register Data is Old

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Everything was working fine in Quicken Starter until about a week ago. Now, when I open my registers, the data is from about a year ago. Fortunately, my backups are capturing recent entries but why is the data file reverting to 2020?!?

Is the data in the account? Like is the balance right? See if you are sorted by Date. Click the DATE column heading to sort by date. And check the filters at the top of the register.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Thanks but I don't think it's any of that. I've actually seen the data revert to the older format right before my eyes! I'm wondering if it's not something with the sync option which I've now turned off.0

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window (register view including column headers) showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
