Keep getting CC 800 in a single Wells Fargo Account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I keep getting CC 800 error messages on just one account. Its a Wells Fargo Account. I know there have been issues in the past, but I understand those issues have been resolved. I tried deactivating, and reactivating but the error comes back.
