I cannot add another transaction to my checking account.

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am using Quicken Starter Edition for Windows. I have been manually entering transactions into my checking account for years. Now today, I open it up to reconcile & add transactions, and the program will not let me. I cannot hit enter on the last transaction and go down to enter another one!

What version/year are you using? Do you have the subscription version? If your subscription expired the Starter Edition goes into read only mode.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (register view of the transaction you just created, error messages, if any), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
