I have investments that keep asking for password and will not update in quicken

How do i get past this password request dialog that gives me no place to re enter password?

Need to clarify several items....What version .... Help --> About QuickenAre you attempting to setup a NEW account with Quicken Add Account -
or downloading transactions with Quicken One Step Update ?-1 -

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (the password dialog), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
