I have been getting a message all day 'Quicken's online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least 10 mins, then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience'

I had no problem downloading quotes just now, 6:15pm CDT

This has nothing to do with investment quotes. The "wait 10 minutes" is an extremely poor message. What is should say is "log out then back in to your Quicken account."

@9095616 - When I've previously seen this issue not go away after a period of time there were two things that I would try. One of them usually resolved the issue.:
- Try signing in as a different user: Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts > when prompted, sign in again with your current Quicken ID and PW.
- Try resetting your Cloud Account: Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web > Sync = On > Reset your cloud data > follow the prompts. When completed, I suggest turning Sync = Off unless you need it on for the Mobile and/or Web functions.
