CC-501 error with First Financial Bank- Texas [Edited]

I upgraded Quicken 2 months ago. I was able to activate accounts and download transactions. But, recentlyI've been unable to download transactions for at least 3 weeks from First Financial Bank - Texas. I've checked with them and they say there is no issue First it was OL 293 and OL 301 errors. Followed all the instructions I found to clear. Now I get the CC 501 when I try to activate my accounts again. This is after several minutes of the spinning wheel going on

That should be cc-501 not QL 5010
