Download Error (503) for American Express [Edited]

Tried resetting account. No luck. Amex doesn't show as having any options other than manual downloads...

    Beginning today, 9/1, I am experiencing this issue consistently with Amex (Quicken for Mac Version 6.3.2 (Build 603.41003.100)) and Quicken is unable to connect to Amex (with multiple retry attempts). Prior to today I did not experience this issue and I can confirm this has been generally connecting normally on a daily basis until today. I do not have similar issues with Quicken connecting to any other bank, investment or credit card accounts.

    I'm also having problems with my Amex account. It initially set up, but now it won't download (Download error 503)
