I try to always enter transactions into the register usually before they are posted in Fidelity and "match" the Fidelity transactions during the download process. Going forward, I plan to refrain from entering transactions into the register and allow the download process to "add" transactions not found in the register and see if that makes a difference. I should not have to do this but is might help Quicken Support better identify the problem. Any other thoughts?
