CC-501 Capital One

Still not able to download anything from Capital One since 8-27. Apparently, this is effecting credit cards, bank accounts and loans that I know of. I spoke with Support earlier in the week and they said Quicken was having server issues with Capital One. Is there anything I can do on my end? I have already tried creating a new "Test" file and that didn't update either.

    We did recently have an alert out about CC-501 with Capital One which has since been resolved. However, since you are still experiencing this error, we recommend that you please contact Quicken Support directly again for assistance as our support agents will need to collect new log files and file an escalation.
