Synchrony Bank Credit Cards

I have two credit cards for purchases I made through Synchrony Bank Credit Cards or MySynchrony. Whenever I try to set to up Express Web Connect I get a CC-503. When I try Web Connect it loses its ability to be categorized as a credit card, it only allows for a spending category which puts it with my checking accounts. What is going on?
