showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect
your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s)
save images to files of file type PNG,
JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

to hear that you are experiencing issues with downloading transactions. To start off here let's see if we might be able to resolve the issue you're having by signing out and back in. You should be able to do so by going across the top left to Quicken > Sign out. From here follow the prompts to sign back in. This should help us narrow down the issue if it does not fix it.
