Unable to connect to Citi

  • I have tried "Citibank", "Citi Cards" and "Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi" and quicken still cannot find my cc account

    Are you trying to add a new account to Quicken or are you trying to connect an existing account that has already been added to Quicken? Also, do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you could provide us with here, please?
