U.S. Bank Checking account AND REI Visa Accounts won't connect and download transactions

FYI neither of my logins work to (re)connect my REI Visa and US Bank business checking account to quicken so that I can download transactions. Is this a known issue as of 10/1/21?

    Are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect with either of these financial institutions that you could provide us with here, please? Also, to avoid having you repeat any troubleshooting steps, what (if anything) have you tried so far?
