Cannot download Fidelity account info

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
Have never had a problem downloading my Fidelity Account info until now. Cannot import/download account data - receive message "Quicken cannot connect to this account." I recently upgraded to Quicken 6.4.2. I have Mac OS X 11.6. Can anyone help?
