Cannot reinstall Quicken after removal via windows and registry cleanup

Question

I removed quicken due to slowness to load and operate on an iphone as a hot spot.  Used to work well.  Removed the App using the windows 10 App removal tool.  Tried a fresh install using a new download from Quicken.com.  Install failed and produced the following

Went back to Quicken.com and downloaded and executed QCleanUI with MSIClean32.  Tried the install again and got the same result and same log.  Tried to clean the registry and still get the same result.  I'm missing something.  How do I correct the issue?  Looked on Quicken.com for a list of files and registry entries to manually complete the removal of Quicken with the hope of then being able to do a fresh install.  Can someone explain my issue and how to correct?

THERE's the source of your problem.  The Win removal tool doesn't get ALL of Quicken and QCleanUI can't find enough of Q to do the uninstall itself.  So, you're stuck in Limbo.
I think that you need to contact Q Support and see what they can do to help you.
