    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.

    Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to add the account in question that you could provide us with here, please? Also, is it just this one account that you are trying to add with USAA that is experiencing the issue, or do you also have other USAA accounts that are already set up and working?
