Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.
How many different accounts and financial institutions do you have set up for online connectivity in your file? Also, are you updating from the circled arrow on the top-left of your account list, or from the Accounts dropdown menu? If you've tried both; is there a difference in the behavior/freezing?
