Citi Card Pmt

When refreshing biller I receive this message, basically saying the new bill isn't available.

"Biller added but... blah blah"

But I have already printed a hard copy of the bill from the web site.

When I try to Quick Pay I get this message:

"Biller Requires a Payment Date of Today or Earlier"

I get this message a lot when using Quick Pay (Quicken for Windows). The latest was today trying to make a future pmt to Citi. I am certain that Citi accepts future pmts.

Far too often I have to give up on Quick Pay and schedule direct payments through a billers web site.

    Unfortunately, Citi Online Biller is experiencing some known issues. However, our teams are aware and are working on a resolution with our service providers, though we do not currently have an ETA available.
