on 10/20 my quicken just stopped being able to download from my multiple accts.

I had already read that, and thus had contacted my FI tech support, and they said they did what they could, then sent me back to quicken0

You can also try the troubleshooting instructions found in this support article. Please disregard the error codes described in the article as they are different codes from the 2003 error you are receiving. However, the steps may still help resolve it.
