Chase INvestment Accounts

Downloads from CHASE for investment accounts get the transactions, but the shares in quicken do not match share reported by CHASE. CHASE reports 0 (ZERO) while quicken has the proper amount?

On its face it would appear that Chase is sending incorrect information or its OFX file is programmed incorrectly.  Open the OFX log (Help > Log files > OFX log) and find the section of the log where Chase investment are reported.  For each security there should be an entry that looks like
    <UNITS>XXXX.XXXX
and shows what Chase is reporting to Quicken as to the number of shares.

Other users have reported similar issues. It appears that Chase is downloading transactions OK but it sends zero for the share balances. Because Quicken only reports what Chase sends it, you should contact Chase support to get a resolution.
