Happy State Bank Fails to connect

I can not get Happy State Bank - Personal to connect to Quicken. It is listed however when I enter my credentials it fails to connect. I can log in to the website for the bank and have confirmed that Quicken is listing the correct website. Any ideas?

To clarify; are you attempting to add a new account to Quicken or trying to connect an already existing account that you have set up in Quicken? Also, do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you could provide us with here, please?

I am trying to add a new account to Quicken. After trying again just now and going into advanced settings and choosing Express Web Connect, it worked.
