Citibank Duplicating Transactions

This morning when I performed an automatic update, all of my Citibank credit card transactions reimported. Now I have duplicate entries for every transaction (except payments from my checking account). So far, it's back to April.

I tried to restore a backup, and when I do, it tells me it does not detect a cloud account. I don't use the cloud, so I'm not sure what is going on.

I'm using Quicken Deluxe for Mac Version 6.4.4

Any advice/thoughts?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    If you are still trying to work in the restored backup file, then I suggest that you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in an attempt to resolve the "cloud account" error message you received as doing so will refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you save another backup first (just in case). Then, follow the instructions provided below.
    1. Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
    2. Sign Out...
    3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password 
    4. Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in
    Once that is done, see if the issue still persists.
