Wells Fargo transaction downloads

Forgive me if this topic has been covered extensively. New checking and credit card accounts at WF. Initially downloads worked but inexplicably, they now do not. Any info would be appreciated.

I am also having trouble this AM....nothing happens when I try to update my WF accounts. No error, nothing! Lately it has taken longer to update, but eventually does.Today nothing happens.1

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If neither of you is receiving any specific error code(s) and/or messages, then to start with, if you haven't already, I suggest that you please try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, please follow the instructions provided below.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

I am having the same trouble for the last couple of days. I have logged out, signed out, restarted my computer. Still not working. Seems to to just be Wells Fargo, my other accounts are updating fine.0

I am having the same issue. No transactions are downloading after 11/10/21. This is for Wells Fargo. No error messages.0

Same problem here - No transactions downloaded after 11/16/21 for Wells Fargo and no error message. I tried Quicken Anja's suggestion and even restarted my machine (for a different reason) with no success.0

11/20 - My post was removed as a ‘diplicate.’ Still having same issue as everyone else0

My WFB account stopped downloading about that time as well. I did a web connect download and processed the txns as expected. Every day after, I have received an incomplete download - at least one transaction is missing that is fully processed in WFB. It's hosed.0

Transactions started downloading last evening. Looks like this was resolved. Not sure if I will ever know what the cause was.1

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, what connection method are you using? Is this occurring for one account or multiple? Lastly, do you have a VPN?
Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.
