How to get tier 2 support?

I've been on the phone for roughly 8 hours trying to get Schwab/quicken downloads to work. [Removed - Speculation] Years ago the community gave me ideas on how to get higher-level support. Does anyone know the magic words? I've decades of data in these files and it's becoming less accessible with every call.
