OL-301-A for Schwab Account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
After reauthorizing Schwab accounts cannot get one account to connect and download. keep getting the same message (see above). Tells me that there are transactions that need to be accepted before connecting but there are no unaccepted transactions?
