Unable to edit transactions from Prudential

Hello all -
I have Quicken Deluxe and working with Version R37.25. For whatever reason, for my wife's 401k from Prudential, it is showing that a group of her funds was transferred out on November 16th, though Prudential says no such thing happened.

What has made it worse is that when I go into try and edit the transactions, Quicken does not allow me to do so.

Any idea on what this is about?

Thanks.
dave

Looks to me like placeholder transactions were created for some reason.

    About Placeholders (Quicken Windows)

"N/A" in certain fields of an investment transaction indicates that you have Placeholder transactions in your account that need to be deleted and replaced with the correct Buy / Sell / etc. transaction that should have been recorded here.
For more about Placeholders please go into Quicken Help (press the F1 key from anywhere in Quicken) and perform a Contents search for "placeholder".
Alternatively or in addition to the above, please read https://help.quicken.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=3216694

Hello UKR - I looked at the account and there are no placeholders in the transaction history.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words …
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    Hello UKR -
Attached are the screen shots you requested.

For the "Transaction History", I went back a few months to show that I was not seeing anything that says "Placeholder".

I am also not seeing where or how I would edit the transaction history of the account if I needed to.

I admit, I am not 100% familiar with this format since the update. But, I have been using Quicken for a long time and have been able to figure things out when I needed to. Just not finding it here.
The Cigna is the only one where the balance is off in a major way.

But all my investments do not have the ability for me to input transactions manually if I need to.

    Hope this helps.

    Appreciate your help.
