Capital One Online Balance not updating for several days

The transactions are downloading, but the OL Balance is incorrect. Logging into the website, and everything is fine, just incorrect balance. I'm hesitant to deactivate/reactivate after so many recent problems with Schwab. Any thoughts are appreciated. thx
