How do I record a Stock Grant that has a vesting date 3 years in the future?

    One approach would be to create a NQSO "option" with a vesting date 3 years in the future at an exercise price of $.000001 per share.

    IF you get partially vested each year, say 33% each year, you'd need 3 of the "options" that @Tom Young described.
