i just bought quicken for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and downloaded app and it won't load or start

Quicken is a computer app.  It needs to be installed on a computer.  It cannot be installed on tablets.If
 you want to use it on your tablet you will first need to install it on a
 computer.  Then you can set up the optional add-on feature called 
Quicken on the Web.  Once set up you will be able to sync your computer 
installation with the Quicken-assigned Cloud ID Account so you can view many (not all) of the computer installed Quicken
 features from any device with a browser and Internet access.You might want to review the System Requirements for Quicken...talks about Windows PC, Mac and Mobile and Tablet minimum requirements:  https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-system-requirements.

You would not purchase Quicken for an Android device such as the Galaxy Tab S2.  You would have purchased Quicken for Windows or Quicken for Mac.

Quicken runs on Windows and MacOS. It does not run on Android. You should return your purchase for a refund unless you have a PC or Mac you can run it on.
