| CC-506 |Quicken is unable to update your account. This may be because the account was closed, or its nickname changed. Have done none of the preceding. Getting this error since 12/18/2021. Just recently accepted the auto update.

Is this error message being received for one account or multiple? Also, have you restored a backup recently?
Please elaborate so that we may be able to provide the proper guidance.

Internet - One Step Update, multiple accounts, did not restore. Seems to have coincided with the latest update.

Thank you for your response. By connection method, we are wondering if you are using web express connect, direct connect, or quicken connect. Also, could you please send your information logs over to Quicken so we may look into this error? You can do this by going to help> report a problem.

Same problem. no error codes just does not update. Is there a way to NOT to auto update Quicken?

see same problem in other posts. hoping it would be corrected with weekend maint. does not update register but online balance is correct.
