oops we are having a problem cc-501
setting up online services goes into an infinite loop cant setup
has been like this for months

    Hi @Jayacol, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. When you go to tools and add account, please click on the Capital One 360 icon and make sure you're adding an account with Capital One 360 rather than Capital One Bank - New. Let me know if that helps. Thank you!

    doesn't matter which one I choose to add both give the same error message: Oops we're having a problem cc-501
