Wells Fargo not completely updating the past year's transactions

Updated transactions go back only to September. Nothing else shows up.

    The previous year's transactions showed up last month. When I updated today, only transactions to September 2021 showed up. Everything else was missing.

    Could you please send your information logs over to quicken? You can do this by selecting help> report a problem.
