Support has no clue and transferred me to an unattended VM box as the ran into after hours

Does Quicken understand their issue and know when it will be resolved - NOT a customer or client issue...

    All 3 of the financial institutions mentioned have known issues that have been escalated and are being worked on. Although the error codes may be slightly different, they are related. Please refer to each link below for updates on the issues reported for each financial institution.
