BMO returns CC-501 error when attempting to set up Express Web Connect / Add account

There is a long running, unresolved issue that is causing some users to get a CC-501 error when attempting to set up a Express Web Connection with BMO. There is an Alert for this issue in the Community; unfortunately, when the Alert was created, it only referenced "Bank of Montreal", which is not the correct/common name for the financial institution. If you are getting the CC-501 error for BMO, I suggest you refer to, and bookmark this alert, which references "Bank of Montreal":

It would be helpful if one of the moderators could update the Alert to reference BMO, which is the common name of the Financial Institution and the name most people would think to search on. See attached screenshot from BMO.

Hello @Arctic Hare (H&B 2019 Canadian),
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have updated the Alert to add "BMO" in the title and body of the alert.
Thank you!-Quicken Anja

Just an aside...
In the US, there are BMO Harris banks throughout the country.
Many, many years ago Bank of Montreal "merged" all the Harris Banks in the US.
Perhaps the reason that the moderators listed Bank of Montreal ...was to differentiate BMO CDN from BMO Harris, which are US banks. That would have been equally confusing.
Point number two...
The aggregator error users are seeing are in the Quicken Mac version only.0
