How can reminder (future) transactions be included in reports and exported to Excel?

There may be a better way, but if you go to the Budget page and select Annual view and Actuals only, the data will include Reminders. Note if you are looking ahead to a future year, you must have created a budget for that year. This gives totals by month, not the individual transactions.
You can export this data by going to File > Print Budgets then selecting Export to and a format. I usually select ".PRN (1-2-3 compatible)" as the format and give the file a .CSV extention, This can usually be opened directly in Excel.

Also in order for the method above to work, you need to click on Budget Actions and View Options then select Include reminders.

Ctrl + J

Tab-delimited (Excel compatible) disk file
and
Export
.
