Amount Invested (%)

In the portfolio view, it appears the “Amount Invested (%)” is not calculated correctly in some or all cases. This gives rise to two questions:
1) Where is an actual detail of how each function is purportedly calculated? I would expect each function's definition to be documented and listed somewhere accessible to the user. Where is this located and accessed? Additionally, is there a listing of the known bugs for each of these functions and an expected resolution date?
2) I would expected the “Amount Invested (%)” would be calculated by market value of the asset divided by the full portfolio market value in percent. However, some values listed are close and others are wildly off. For example, the percent of a small cash holding mutual fund is off by a factor of 76,995 compared to total assets. Any idea on what is going on here?
Thank you for any input.

There has been much discussion of Amount Invested, partly because Quicken's definition does not match what many people think it "should" be. Here is a lengthy thread for example
