Capital One Quicksilver doesn't reauthorize

Why doesn't Quicksilver work anymore? I've reauthorized umpteen times, and always get an answer that my Sharing was successful, but it never reauthorizes, because Quicken is unable to connect with Capital One.
I believe that Quicken support is not open on weekends.
Why would anyone re-up with Quicken now that they have an non-working product! Very Frustrating.
