Citicard transactions not downloading from October and November 2021

After updating, nearly two months of transactions did not appear in the register. I tried again updating from a backup and the same transaction did not download.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Have you tried downloading the missing transactions through your financial institution's website by downloading a QFX (web connect) file and importing it to see if they will come through that way?

If you need assistance navigating and obtaining the QFX file please contact your financial institution for further assistance. Also, please note that the majority of banks do offer a QFX file option but not all and some may have a date range restriction on them, so I would suggest checking with your bank about that first as well.
