Can you explain what you did when you overrided the account?

Can you restore your Q data file from a recent backup?  There's no "account by account" restore, so you'll have to re-download (or re-input) everything after that backup.

I found a file that had not been used for almost a year, opened it on the desktop. My cloud information was updated but I couldn't run reports. I though that when I sync, it would sync the most current information from the cloud. NOT .... it sync the cloud with the backup file. I knew that was likely to happen, but I took a chance because I couldn't run a report from the cloud. After all, I've made transactions from my mobile app before and it seemed to sync to my desk file when opened. It just a day or two. Anyway, I was hoping that quicken could somehow restore my cloud back (reverse what I did) but it doesn't look like that will happen.
