Anyone else having problems with Direct connect and Citi...last ledger entry 12/21/2021.

If the instructions provided in the article fail to resolve this issue, then it will require an escalation to be filed on the financial institution's end as explained at the bottom of the article;
"If the steps above do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact your financial institution. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary."

I talked with Quicken and Costco Citi support and neither one have a problem. I created a test file, added the account with Citi cards as the target(Costco Citi was an option not presented with deactivate/activate) and it failed. Tried again with Costco Citi as the target and it worked(Web access NOT Direct connect). Back to the real file. I had to do an add account to see the Costco Citi as the target but it would NOT link to the current account(not happy about that). It is using web connect...I guess that's the best I can do. Who changed what...we'll never know!0
