Online Balance and As Of Date not updating for any Express Web Connect accounts

Licensed user of Quicken Deluxe ver R37.66 on Windows 10 - and a Quicken user since 1997.

First of all, I have no issue with any of my direct connect accounts.

However, neither the Online Balance nor the Online Balance As Of Date has been updating for ANY of my express web connect accounts for some time.

Thanks to a Quicken support session a few months ago, transactions are downloading for the web connect accounts.

But since none of the online balances has updated since then, I can't reconcile any of the accounts using the online balance.

How do I get this resolved?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this and for not having received a response yet.

    If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps (just in case).
    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
    One that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
