Version: R 37.66 Viewing Credit File

I was told by a representative that viewing your credit score does not work with this version anymore? I have tried all the reps suggestions and want to make sure this is accurate. I pay alot for Quicken and it seems that every option should work. I am getting the following error:

"Internet Unavailable. Failed to connect to Server: This could happen if you are in Offline Mode. Please Try again later."

I have tried signing off, validating the account, creating a new account with no bank accounts, I am not using VPN or Proxy.

    Credit Score works for me. What version and edition of Quicken are you running? US/Canada, Starter, Deluxe, Premier, etc?

    I suspect it may be a firewall setting on your system.

    Thanks Jim for the fast response. I will wait for another update then to have this resolved.
