Automatic Reminders Not Entering

Quicken Windows Subscription Unconfirmed ✭✭
My automatic reminders for bills are no longer posting. They are set to automatically enter but they do not and end up showing as overdue after the date passes. When I go to Bill and Income Reminders to manually post them, the program freezes after I confirm the entry. This used to not be an issue. I have version R37.67

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this and for not having received a response yet.
To start with, I suggest that you try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Super Validate:- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
